- Candidates go to a web link that allows them to apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- They can submit their resume on-line at the end of the EZ App process.
- They spend 10 minutes providing application data and answering basic screening questions.
- Those who pass can then utilize EZ Schedule, which allows the candidates to automatically schedule themselves for the next step in the hiring process.
- All information is immediately accessible via the web.
Features of EZ App
- Organizational Marketing. Give a brief description of your organization and/or the products and services provided. Also, your organization can customize the site with corporate logos and color schemes.
- Job Descriptions. Give brief descriptions about each open position. If the position isn't what they are looking for, candidates can withdraw from the process.
