SafetyMirror for Leaders
SafetyMirror for Leaders is an interactive, web-based assessment used to assess internal incumbents and external candidates for safety leadership capability. A customizable tool, it measures the competencies that leaders, managers and front-line supervisors must possess in order to build and sustain an effective safety culture, reduce propensity for risk, and ultimately, improve safety performance.
The assessment contains personality, logical reasoning and situational questions related to the role. It also includes a safety leadership scale that measures the competencies required to lead, manage and sustain safety improvement initiatives and ensure they are demonstrating the right behaviors in relation to safety.
The assessment measures key competencies for success as a leader in a safety environment. Specifically, it covers how well individuals perform their work, interact with others, and lead their subordinates.
