
Leader Development
Select Assessment for Leader Development is an online test that measures key leadership competencies for personnel evaluation in professional-level leadership positions. It is designed for first-level supervisors or managers and includes a cognitive feature that makes it an extremely accurate selection tool. The cognitive portion may be removed and replaced with developmental reports (as is an option with all Select Assessments). Development reports identify developmental areas, provide skill description, and offer developmental recommendations.
The assessment measures 18 basic competencies for leadership positions and is often a piece of a larger selection system, which includes a telephone screen by a trained assessor and a final interview.
