PrōFit

PrōFit® is a predictive assessment test that is presented at the top of the hiring funnel. It is designed to screen out applicants who are high risk hires early on in the hiring process. By doing so, you are able to reduce turnover, and significantly increase the likelihood of identifying candidates who are right for the job. You won't waste time with those who might look good on paper but don't have what it takes to be successful in your organization.

PrōFit is effective at quickly identifying candidates who have what it takes and screening out those that don't. The work and interpersonal factors that are measured are all supported by extensive research and are strongly related to job performance. Our results will tell you if a candidate is likely to work efficiently, be self-motivated, work well with others, be trustworthy and be service oriented. In addition, PrōFit builds on years of research and experience in assessing leaders at all levels within organizations to help you quickly identify individuals with the potential to be a leader in your organization.

The assessment test includes a customizable job fit section that reveals if a candidate is willing and able to work in a job or environment with specific requirements. You choose the twenty-one factors in this section, giving you the flexibility to choose or create the factors that best describe your workplace.

Whether your organization is large, highly structured and formal or small, casual, and informal, you are able to customize the fit section to help profile candidates against your organization and not some generic model.

Intelligent Decision Support

PrōFit measures the extent to which a candidate performs on factors such as accountability, adaptability, results driven, collaborative, values diversity, customer service and leadership potential.

Select International has applied our breadth of experience in personnel selection to the development and validation of this assessment. We use biodata, behavioral statements and personality items to measure the work and interpersonal factors listed above. The assessment provides a one page report containing scores for each work, interpersonal and fit factor, suggested interview probing questions and a final recommendation. Overall, you will end up with an accurate, fair and defensible tool to improve and streamline your hiring process.
