RoadWorthy is a predictive assessment tool that is administered at the top of the hiring funnel, before you commit your time, money and resources into the applicant. This short and inexpensive assessment is available via the Internet and phone. Candidates can apply from any computer or by calling your own toll-free interactive voice response (IVR) system.
