Not only can this assessment tell you which candidate is most likely to be safe, dependable and productive, but also who "fits" the role that is available. The customizable work environment factors that are built into the assessment will reveal if a candidate is willing and able to work in an environment with specific requirements.
The assessment provides a one page report containing a final recommendation for two different positions – service and sales. The report gives scores for each risk factor as well as the job potential factors. Additionally, it shows the candidate's responses to the job fit factors and provides interview probing questions that can be used in the next stage in the hiring process.
