Online Interview Training

Select Interviewing Online is an interactive, self-guided and modular-based training program. This online interviewing skills training course takes approximately two hours to complete and is conveniently designed so that participants can complete as much or as little in one log-in session, based on their availability. Once participants complete the online program, they will have covered the basic fundamentals necessary to conduct effective, behaviorally based interviews in a legally defensible manner.

Classroom Interview Training

Select Interviewing is a behaviorally based interviewing skills training program built on extensive research and decades of firsthand experience training thousands of interviewers. This structured interview process is designed so that the key concepts stay with your interviewers for years to come. Each section of the training is accompanied by a high-impact video vignette, making it easy to understand and easy to facilitate.
