Select International Posts Double-Digit Revenue Growth for Fourth Consecutive Year in 2007, Prepares for Expansion in 2008

- Ongoing Success Contrasts with Economic Uncertainty Across the Nation -

Pittsburgh, February 14, 2008 - Pittsburgh-based Select International, a global provider of human resource assessment solutions and comprehensive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, demonstrated significant growth and continued profitability in 2007, a four-year trend that sets the stage for a significant expansion in 2008. During 2007, Select International secured 34 new clients (including Nestle USA, Georgia-Pacific, and Eaton Corporation), increased revenue by 40 percent and posted better than 25-percent profitability.

"As uncertainty grows in the global economy, companies around the world are recognizing how crucial it is to hire the best talent the first time around," said Kevin Klinvex, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Select International. "We use high-tech, cost-effective solutions that provide companies with the tools they need to recruit, assess and select the very best employees so they can continue to achieve success in the marketplace."

As it looks ahead to 2008, Select International will mark its tenth anniversary of providing comprehensive RPO services to its clients. This legacy also represents the focus of Select's expansion plans in 2008 as organizations continue to place a high value on quality RPO service providers.

"More and more companies see it as a strategic move to outsource all or part of their recruitment, assessment and selection processes to a service provider, and Select is proud to be a leader in this industry sector. In effect, RPO frees up a company's internal HR stakeholders to focus on other core business objectives," added Klinvex. "By partnering with a qualified RPO partner, companies can reduce costs per hire, decrease cycle time, improve quality of hire and maintain control over fixed costs. Outsourcing part or all of the recruiting function also allows you to manage demand fluctuation more efficiently. These are all increasingly important with an uncertain economic forecast."

Given this trend and Select's rapid growth, the company is currently expanding its physical office space near its Pittsburgh headquarters. The expansion will accommodate the additional team members that are currently being hired to support Select's RPO business.
