Select International Prepares for Sustained Growth in 2008 by Appointing Four New Team Members, Promoting Two Others

– Vice President of Market Strategy among the New Appointments –

Pittsburgh, March 5, 2008 – Pittsburgh-based Select International, a global provider of human resource assessment solutions and comprehensive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, has positioned itself for continued growth and development in 2008 by appointing four new team members to key positions within the organization and promoting two current members.

New Hires
Richard S. Kushner has joined Select International as vice president of market strategy. With a successful 20-year career in the telecommunications and networking industry, Kushner has held senior roles in marketing, sales management and strategic development for a variety of tech sector leaders, including AT&T, Lucent Technologies and FORE Systems. He has extensive leadership experience directing initiatives in corporate branding, global advertising, strategic market analysis, public relations, industry relations and product management.

Also joining Select International is John Orfanopoulos, who has been appointed director of professional level recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). In his new role, Orfanopoulos will work closely with Select International's growing list of professional-level RPO clients, continuing to develop and implement the organizations RPO strategy at the professional level. Before joining Select International, Orfanopoulos served as director of recruiting for Perot Systems. Prior to that, he founded Career Consultants, Inc., a global executive search firm.

Other recent appointments include:

  • Len LaRosa, senior recruiter for Select International. LaRosa has more than 20 years of recruiting and management experience for companies including First Consulting Group, GE Capital and Entex.
  • Nicole Hoover, the new account manager on-site for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Hoover formerly managed the Relocation Department for Goodyear.

Promotions
In addition to these newly appointed team members, Select International is pleased to announce the following promotions of current team members:

  • Kenneth F. Klinvex was recently promoted to Director of Hourly Recruitment Process Outsourcing. In his new role, Klinvex is responsible for overall management of clients involved in outsourcing their hourly recruitment and hiring process.
  • T.J. Muehlfeld was promoted to manager of strategic alliances. In his new role, Muehlfeld is responsible for directing and managing all joint initiatives between Select International and its professional partners.
