Select Assessment for Leader Service

Select Assessment® for Leader Service is a web-based assessment that measures key leadership competencies for personnel evaluation in service-oriented environments. It is designed for first-level supervisors or managers and includes a cognitive feature that makes it an extremely accurate selection tool. The cognitive portion may be removed and replaced with developmental reports (as is an option with all Select Assessments). Development reports identify developmental areas, provide skill description, and offer developmental recommendations.

Select Assessment for Leader Service can be combined with a structured telephone interview by a trained assessor to provide even more robust data and improve predictive accuracy, adding even greater value to the entire process.
