Select International Launching New Online Interview Training Program at ASTD 2012 TechKnowledge

- Conference taking place in January in Las Vegas -

Pittsburgh, December 20, 2011- Select International, a provider of human resource assessment solutions, will launch Select Interviewing® Online at the upcoming ASTD 2012 TechKnowledge® Conference.  More than 1,200 e-Learning professionals are expected to attend the conference, one of the industry’s largest e-learning events, from January 25-27 in the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Select Interviewing Online is a self-guided interview program that trains participants to conduct effective, legally defensible interviews.  The modular-based training program, which includes guided narration, videos and interactive exercises, takes approximately two hours to complete.  A live demonstration of Select Interviewing Online will be conducted to showcase the tool’s modules, outline its features, and answer questions from participants.
