Pittsburgh, August 30, 2012 - Select International, a global provider of tech-enabled employee assessments and hiring solutions, was ranked 24th overall in Pittsburgh's 100 Fastest Growing Companies and placed Top 5 in the Professional Services/Consulting category.
Winners were selected on August 23 at the Duquesne Club and were highlighted in a special publication the following day.
The Pittsburgh Business Times named Select International to its Pittsburgh 100 list, which ranks the fastest-growing for-profit companies in western Pennsylvania. This is the fourth time that Select International has been chosen as a Pittsburgh 100 award winner, and this placement is the highest to date.
The 2012 awards were based on revenue growth rates between 2009 and 2011. Select International attributed its growth to the successful launching of several new employee assessment products, including SecureFit, ServiceFit, NurseFit, SafetyMirror, and Select Interviewing Online. The company also invested in upgrades to its existing product suites, including Select Assessment for Manufacturing and Select Assessment for Professionals.
